Ciders
Autumn 2008 saw Big Tree Cider create over 1200 litres of pure kent cider, with the majority of apples coming from north west Kent, including Hartley, Meopham and Sole Street as well as Headcorn.
The ciders that are available throughout 2009 are listed below.

Big Tree Original is light tasting with a deceptive kick.

Appley Ever After - Now in its second year, is
a medium dry cider brewed entirely from Kentish apples, offering a smooth taste and a fruity kick.

Fruity Beauty is our new range of fruit flavoured cider. We have a range of Fruity Beauty's on offer including, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry. These fruits are mixed with a combination of Bramley and locally produced apple for a delightful summers taste. |

Tilden Oast - New for 2009, this is a medium dry and crisp cider. A traditional Kentish cider, brewed using apples from Headcorn and a mix of local bramley, is beautifully clear in colour and provides a delightfully refreshing summer time drink.

Lisping Cowboy is a new cider developed in 2008 from local Crispin and Bramley Apple, providing a crisp, medium, popular cider.
